Step 2: Meet Welt at Stargazer Navalia:

Follow the objective marker to Stargazer Navalia and meet Welt at the designated location.

Step 3: Find the missing pilot Qingni:

Use Cycrane to scan the area and find the Starskiv pilot Qingni who crashed on the Stargazer Navalia while repairing the dome. Qing Ni should be on top of a blue cargo crate, surrounded by Puff Elves: enemies of the Golden Hound.

Step 4: Talk to Qing Ni and fight the golden retriever:
