To complete Indigo Disk’s Super Spicy Sandwich Challenge in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, follow these steps:

• Defeat Trainer Julienne to get Potato Salad.
• Swap potato salad for onions, cucumbers and ham.
• Replace the cucumbers with chili sauce.
• Defeat Trainer Carmela to get Mayonnaise.
• Answer a trivia question (the answer is “mayonnaise”).
• Swap mayonnaise for eggs, olive oil and vinegar.
• Replace eggs with sausage.
• Swap vinegar for mustard.
• Swap the ham and olive oil for the jalapeños.
• Alternatively, fight the trainer behind the rocks or buy jalapenos.
• Once you have your hot sauce, mustard, jalapenos, and sausage ready, head back to Crispin to make your sandwich.
